Roger is a consultant hematologist at St James's Institute of Oncology in Leeds and has a joint appointment in clinical hematology and hematopathology. He has a longstanding interest in the diagnosis, treatment and response assessment in myeloma, plasmacytoma and Waldenstrom macroglobulinaemia. He has published >100 original papers in journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of Clinical Oncology and Blood and is a member of national clinical trial groups in myeloma and indolent lymphoma.
